The service provider grants access to the PitchCV online service, including:

• resume analysis and ATS suitability assessment;
• recommendations to improve structure and content;
• search and highlighting of relevant keywords;
• AI suggestions and generated improvements using Gemini.

3. Subscription, Payment, and Renewal

• access to paid features is granted for the selected subscription period;
• the subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date;
• plans, limits, and trial terms are shown on the website at checkout;
• the user is responsible for keeping payment details current.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund policy applies to the extent required by mandatory law and the terms of the selected plan. To request a refund, the user must contact support with proof of payment.

5. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

• do not upload illegal, harmful, or third-party content without legal grounds;
• do not compromise service security, bypass limits, or run abusive automated scenarios;
• do not use service outputs for unlawful acts or discrimination.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
